"I've worked for The Thayer Hotel for three years. During this time we have had three General Managers, four Sales Directors and three Executive Chefs. Most of the long-term employees grew up, live and work in the small town just outside post. The hotel is owned and managed by West Point Graduates. The management team rarely (or equally) appreciates their employees and believes that receiving one free meal for working over 10 hours a day is a benefit but matching a 401k is not."
