The Go Agency Employee

"They load project upon project onto their employees to the point that it is overwhelming. They also do not know what they want to be a company which means departments are constantly changing or disappearing leading to them giving employees the choice of changing positions, whichever are often worse jobs, or getting fired. On top of all of this they do not pay bills including insurance and payroll on time, so insurance lapses and checks bounce."
