This question can mean several things, so I really don't know how to answer; it's kind of broad. I will take it as if I had suggestions for my current employer. I would suggest that our firm should have a team meeting at least once a week, that way every agent is on the same page, and no one is confused about anything or weekly goal, etc. I also think that there should definitely be more organization in the firm.
