"I have worked at the College of Marin for over 7 years. This is one of the best places I have worked. I am a member of the LGBT community and this College is very LGBT friendly. From a teaching standpoint, I have the ability to develop my lecture material and labs. Working with the Department Chair and the Dean has been very positive."
