"Have passion, be a hard-worker and smile, then you'll get far."

What don't you like about working at The Body Shop?

"The only complaint I have about this company is that they are closing down all of their individual stores and are going to be only on-line and in department stores."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always look to the future, never look back. You are only as good as your team is, so make sure that they are strong and that you always lead by example."

"I enjoy working with the customers and my staff. Also, I enjoy analyzing the store's potential and success based upon sales goals and other key performance indicators. Lastly, coaching and developing the staff is a rewarding experience."

"Body Shop retail is not normal retail. Conveying your true personality and passion for the work environment will be key to your success."

"The Body Shop is not my desired career path and the advancement opportunities are minimal."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has made several upper level position consolidations. However, in order to increase sustainability and lower turnover, moves should be made in an attempt to offer more advancement opportunities."

"Be honest and open. The company is wonderful to work for because of the passion that drives it. Ask any questions you have and don't be submissive about it!"

"The room for growth for me is slim because the next step is district manager and thats not what I really want to do"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get well rounded people for positions and go more with the interview versus the online test it takes to become employed. The test is very misleading of future employees (some people just test well)."
