"Be honest and open. The company is wonderful to work for because of the passion that drives it. Ask any questions you have and don't be submissive about it!"

"The room for growth for me is slim because the next step is district manager and thats not what I really want to do"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get well rounded people for positions and go more with the interview versus the online test it takes to become employed. The test is very misleading of future employees (some people just test well)."
