3.1Trust in the experience and skills of your employees - you have a team there for a reason: use them to your advantage. The threat of job loss has a lot to do with this - everyone seems to be afraid of giving off the appearance that they don't contribute, so the folks above try to do it all (when they shouldn't).
4.7Working as part of the IT team was a great experience. The company has a very open policy. The work environment is great. They truly care for their workers, offering great health plans and a reasonable vacation time. You will always have a new challenge to face off. They also have multiple locations so you can work from any of them without a problem. In general I will give a 5 stars, work ethics, personal, and services offered.
4.3The company changed hands over the years but the work environment remained virtually unaltered. From corporate cultures supported by alltel and windstream in the early years, it was degraded in administration when acquired by privately held interests as local insight media. LIM renamed the company and systematically dismantled it for overseas operations. The Administrators are not supportive of U.S. operations.
