What do you like about working at Thales?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. Be sure you fit in the work culture. I now see myself as a fit. I don't mind going back there and work. It's a big company similar to General Atomics but my immediate supervisor is great. I made my own mistake not getting along with the people on the production floor. I should be allied with them. They tried to change me for the better for the whole group. Had I found/learned soon enough they would have change heart toward me because technically, I was their favorite. But culturally, I made a big mistake but now I learned."

What don't you like about working at Thales?

"Maybe some of the people are not as nice. Sometimes the politics. Looked back I should be allied with the group that could have helped me stayed with the company. I made a mistake in not play my cards right. I learned from this mistake and I appreciate the group even more after working at General Atomics. I can make the comparison."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Screen good people. Don't hire certain people to be puppets who hurt other good people who try to do the right thing for the company and later got canned."
