"No innovation always hear "this is how we do it". Most managers are good. We have one that lives out of town and she is terrible. She makes everyone unhappy and even the doctors say they don't like her in our office. My operations manager is great and one of the long time managers is great as well. He listens to us and helps but he can't overcome the other manager from out of town. Low pay for medical assistant work. Benefits are terrible!"
