Texas Children's Hospital Employee

"Worked for TCH for just over 4 years. Overall, the organization is doing great things but haven't quite figured out how to go to scale properly. The administrative side is understaffed in many areas causing most folks to be performing multiple jobs. On one hand, the experience of many hats is great but can wear itself out over time."
