"The people are set in their ways. There's a lot of bureaucracy, and it can take a long time getting simple things done because of that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the opinion of your experts. Don't be afraid of suggestions, recommendations, or solutions that may be different than yours. Embrace change. Become more knowledgeable with the technologies used in your department, and understand what work your employees actually do."
