"Terumo CVS is a great place for someone that just wants to settle, go to work 8 to 5 and not bother with anything else. Opportunities for training, external conferences, cross teams and any thing potentially career empowering are shut down. Also, no R&D is happening there, just remediation for next perhaps 15 years. So not exactly the greatest place for starting engineers."
