Opportunities for training, external conferences, cross teams and any thing potentially career empowering are shut down. Also, no R&D is happening there, just remediation for next perhaps 15 years. So not exactly the greatest place for starting engineers."

"The organization is top heavy, there is not an ideal ratio of management to workers. Communication between departments and between organization levels is lacking."
