"All you can get out of Teradyne is temporary employment. This is NOT a career. Try to get a career while you are working..."

"Constant layoffs. During my 13 quarters in Teradyne, I saw 12 layoffs. One per quarter just like clockwork."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Company is getting smaller with layoffs but big company mentality and process remains. The organization was extremely top-heavy because they never layoff or demote managers. Unless they learn to act like a small company, because it is A SMALL company now, the bureaucracy and company politics may be the end of everything."
