"The employees in the Rockville office are great, but don't come together as a team. You need to be the first to proceed."

"somewhat disorganized, going thru a buyout, new company looks ok, but is very large."

"There have been several high level people leave since the buyout. I'm looking for some regrouping."

"Bureacracy prevented any creativity or cooperation by setting goals that do not encourage cooperation or sharing of resources. R&D funds were not spent on new products but maintenance to meet oil and gas contracts."

"Entrust managers with decision making authority and provide approval levels that are reasonable for senior management."
