"Terrible management style."

What do you like about working at US Bank?

"I was a full-time teller when the new manager was put into place. The teller coordinator left because of the new manager. There was no one to step up to fill the position and I had asked to interview and possibly take over. I was told that I could take the position but I will not get a pay raise since I was not qualified. Even though I had worked for the bank for several years and worked under the teller coordinator as her back-up. The manager did not like my ideas to help promote business even though our numbers doubled. She wanted me gone and tried several different ways. I quit and found out later that the manager was fired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To care more about the customers and keep the good employees and get rid of the ones that only care about themselves."
