What do you like about working at TeliaSonera?

"I love the fact that generally the company has been very good to its employees over the years."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be aware that company used to be liberal with Telecommuting, but have over the years restricted this a lot."

What don't you like about working at TeliaSonera?

"What I don't like is a lot of the process and bureucrasy built up at the company over the years. Further I do not like that the growth opportunities are very limited in the US. Company headquarter in Sweden and just small staff in US with limited to no growth potential."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to try to enable the staff more and remove some of the redtape and checkpoints introduced over the years. All double and triple verification of everything is a bit of a turn off."
