"I work with some great people, and the local managers are great. Unfortunately the company was bought out by West a few years ago, and they do not take care of their employees. I miss what this company once was, but sadly it is now being strangled by the corporate red tape and unless something changes soon, they are doomed to be broken out and sold off piecemeal by West."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Focus on your experience. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EDUCATION. If you're interviewing for a leadership position -- you won't get it, unless you're white."
What don't you like about working at TeleVox?
"-Every president, vice president, manager, and supervisor is white.-They say that they are company that thinks outside of the box, but when employees think outside of the box to fix an issue, management is not happy.-The managers are not educated(DEGREED), and it shows, in their painfully average business sense.-When an opportunity for advancement opens, they hire someone outside the company, rather than promoting someone who already has knowledge of the company, and knows the product.....saying the person does not qualify. It's insulting, to consistently make such poor hiring decisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"-Consistently making such poor hiring decisions is destroying employee morale. -The most capable and hardworking people are consistently overlooked and ignored. -Get rid of the bias and inconsistency. There should be ONE management style, across the board. One department loves their manager, and another department can't stand their manager. This is terrible for morale and the bottom line. You cannot hide anything from customers.-"
