What don't you like about working at TeleServices Direct?

"It is a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. I am from the old generation in which the companies use to take care of its employees and treat them like an asset. Unfortunately the situation has changed in the present time; employees are regarded as a number in the organizations & liability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A fun idea for improving morale in an office is to have a few funny contests as chances for everyone to show their strong points, and banding together for a common cause. Taking team out for picnic, dinner or organizing some party at restaurant will help in bringing the team together. Organizing fun activities sometimes makes the surrounding stress free and employees feel a sense of belongingness towards the company."
