"Know what you are doing when you enter into a union with this company, you will be expected to hit the ground running after orientation and some long distance phone oversight."

What don't you like about working at Broadspire Services?

"Lack of adequate training for nurses that did not have Workers Comp experience"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train adequately, LISTEN to new employees in RE: their frustrations and concerns. Allow the new employee to be able to openly express that they are having problems with the work flow, instead of saying, I do not like your tone."
