What do you like about working at Comcast?
"The employees keep things entertaining and support each other during the busy periods."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My advice for anyone interviewing with this company is to be friendly, with your coworkers, because the accounts take a while to learn and they can help you out a lot, and prevent you from making some big mistakes, like I did when I first started. Lastly, if and when you make your first big mistake, buck up, it happens. You take thousands of calls during a week and one will eventually slip by you and so you need to rely on your coworkers to back you up!"
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"The office politics between certain employees was a distraction at times. Supervisors and Managers did what they could to keep things running smoothly, which I appreciated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management does a good job of working out the kinks for most accounts and providing direction, even if it isn't always clear. Stay on top of the on call lists, please!"
What do you like about working at TELUS?
"I like that the company had some idea of what the employees wanted during their down time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No, all interviewing happens through temp agencies and not directly with the company so no."
What don't you like about working at TELUS?
"Their was no growth at all at the company, they didn't promote from within, no leadership programs for employees, no communication with employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The communication on changes need to be communicated across the board to all supervisors so the employees can get the right information"

"The turnover rate is astounding, due to the managements lack of professionalism. This is not a career job, this is more of a pit stop until something better comes along."

"Working for this company was like being in junior high. There was a lot of talking behind people's back...from the owner/supervisor. The pay was barely adequate, and the management was deceptive in its business with its customers as well as with the employees."
