"I have worked with TelePacific for over half a year. I can say the income earning potential is great if you are willing to wait. My previous employer the commission structure was not that great but got paid at end of the following month. Here at TelePacific, you could possibly be waiting months, and one specific instance almost a whole year for a particular co-worker. Other than that, great work environment and involvement from executives is great and motivating."

They have a bit of growth to do in the Texas Market in order to be as competitive as they want to be but otherwise they are stable and good for the long haul."

"TelePacific is a growing company, and is looking great talent . Be yourself and speak knowledgeable about your skill and keep eye contact. Also follow-up with POC regrading the positions."

"I truly enjoyed working at Telepacific Communication, my only concern was lack of management support for advancement."

"Lower managment at the CSTC was very closed minded to advancement and suggestions. Upper Management was outstanding and very supportive."

"Easy company to get hired into. Company delivers quality services, but does not appreciate or value their staff much. Go in negotiating hard or be disappointed with what you are offered and receive."

"It was fun to represent a quality alternative to an ILEC."

"Embrace diversity, and stop discriminatory policies, you are at risk/liability of lawsuits. Improve communications and support to all of your staff, do not forget that your people are your greatest asset."
