"I have worked with TelePacific for over half a year. I can say the income earning potential is great if you are willing to wait. My previous employer the commission structure was not that great but got paid at end of the following month. Here at TelePacific, you could possibly be waiting months, and one specific instance almost a whole year for a particular co-worker. Other than that, great work environment and involvement from executives is great and motivating."

"Embrace diversity, and stop discriminatory policies, you are at risk/liability of lawsuits. Improve communications and support to all of your staff, do not forget that your people are your greatest asset."
