"Don't work for them otherwise you will have lot of bad work stories to tell. Not worth the stress for such low wages and long work hours."

What don't you like about working at TeleCommunication Systems?

"Too much work for 8 hours, expected to work long hours with out extra pay or benefit. People fired for no reason just to make the quarterly earning look good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit ! Worst management team I ever encountered. Only concerned about their own job security so they keep forcing people out."
