"One of the greatest manufacturing company."
"The environment is business casual, we have many talents here from business intelligence to very strong developers from the beginning to the end of the SDLC. I loved every minute of the contract and I gained tons of experience. Very friendly environment, casual Fridays, birthday party every end of the month. Managers spot on, very technology oriented."
"Good managers and very good co-workers, however the role of this particular job title lacks the 3 most important aspects of a profession. It lacks:1) Good pay. The pay starts low and climbs very slowly. The compensation is not competitive in any way.2) The job in reality is just drafting with very little gained engineering experience.3) The job is a dead end. You start as a drafter and you stay as a drafter. There is no career development or investment in your career (not even training)."
