"To many project managers with different leadership styles. 4 project managers in 6 months. Very senior staff that were set in their style of management, not open to new suggestions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be open to junior members, and stop showing favoritism or a blind eye to those that you see at the chosen ones."
