What do you like about working at Thermal Engineering International?

"The organization is a resource strong. It has many robust technological processes and support structures at its disposal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Seek to communicate to your prospective employer those attributes that you may bring that you believe will add value to the organization. Be honest. If you are not a good fit, then don't accept the job. The decision will prove later to be a mistake."

What don't you like about working at Thermal Engineering International?

"De-emphasis on the value of its people. When there are problems, the tendency is to attribute them to the people rather than flawed processes or preparation. I think this is a mistake."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too many to count. I lead a large portion of the organization and influence a larger portion. In broad fashion, I try to promote a focus on responsibility and authority driven from the lowest levels in the organization upward."
