"I enjoyed opening three new restaurants with Ted's Montana Grill. It was extremely hard work and extremely gratifying. New Restaurant openings gave me an opportunity to participate in every facet of the business from branding to great guest service. I was very proud of the concept, the quality of product and the way the company was evolving."

"Be prepared to work hard, keep an open mind and hang on for the ride! Pony up!"

What don't you like about working at Ted's Montana Grill?

"There were none to transfer with in MN where I relocated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure you show appreciation for every level of team members. And a paid vacation should be given to qualifying hourly team members."
