"considering this is a global company, there is a lack of trust in the people not working within the confines of the coporate head quarters. Managers and leaders tend to micro manage individuals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"rethink your current position around lack of trust of your legacy employeees and stop bringing in external consultants."

"The freedom and faith in my abilities to make decisions and their execution."

"Just be honest in the interview and first clearly understand how you will be able to justify the position."

"IT Infrastructure related issues take very long long time to get addressed."

"Processes are meant for improving the efficiency and bringing good governance at business, they should never become hinderance and we shouldn't let the performance of our business adversely getting affected because of this."

"underutilization resources,poor planning, and vast waste before, during, and after program and projects, No substantial matrix to measure the success and failure. No lessons learned."

"I thought my salary was not high enough for the job."

"I would raise salaries all accross the board for IT staff members. They work really hard and deserve a break."

"Create and foster more of a matrix organizational culture where people can work on different projects of interest and people can draw on other people's expertise even though they do not report to them in the organizational chart."
