"The second shift works well with each other and provides means to improve skills."

What don't you like about working at Boeing Commercial Airplanes?

"The problem with the actual workers for Boeing is they believe that they have a career for life so do not have to improve themselves. For contractors (like me) if we do not improve, we are forced out."
