"The culture in my department was completely compliance driven - no real customer oriented goals or objectives, no clear direction and no system of reward and recognition for accomplishments"

"Train the current leaders of Technical Assistance Department leadership skills and how to develope customer-centric goals and objectives for team members"

"Drive projects that improve working conditions and effeciencies for the staff. Create a reward and recongnition system based on performance and achievements (not on compliance). Create goals that matter (customer-centric)"
