"Working for one of the most successful racing teams ever has its perks- large budget projects, lots of celebration, etc. However, within the engineering offices, the atmosphere was somewhat dismal and silent. There was no culture of "team" for a literal racing team, and they worked employees to the bone, with supervisors often making jokes of "oh, what? Are you part time now?" when I would leave less than 45 minutes late."
