"I've worked for Team One since 2009. I've found it to be a strong company with generous benefits and caring for their employees. There has been growth year over year in various aspects of the business, and as a result the company has been growing. The company employs around 300 people and is part of Publicis, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world."

"If you are an extrovert, all love to see different people all the time, this is the place to be."

"Too much emphasis on direct sales or one to one marketing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"From the customer's point of view too much direct sales gets irritating and creates a bad word of mouth. Explore other avenues of conventional marketing."
