"Poor, yet they expect a Phd when that is just not cost effective for the employee.
They claim summers off but in reality you are in trainings all summer just to obtain clock hours. They want YOU to pay for your master and Phd when it is simply not cost effective for the employee. They simply do not make enough to warrant the $30,000 for the advance degree even though I have been admitted. Nor can they promise employment after you complete the advance degrees. So, it is high stakes gambling for the employee."
