"I've worked for TDA since 2012. I've found the culture for "business" folks to be an incredible and nurturing environment. The IT side on the other hand is run way too lean to not burn people out. I've had 15 people work for me in the last 2 years - my shift has 4 people. That's standard."

"What I don't like about the company is that they underwork their staff. We could have done sooo much more, however, business was too important."

"my suggestions to the management... I think they should listen and understand more about what's going on in the system."
