"I've worked for TDA since 2012. I've found the culture for "business" folks to be an incredible and nurturing environment. The IT side on the other hand is run way too lean to not burn people out. I've had 15 people work for me in the last 2 years - my shift has 4 people. That's standard."
"I've worked with TD Auto Finance since 2013. The environment is very advanced technologically, with much creative innovation and adoption of open source and innovative approaches in dealing with challenges. The staff was professional, results driven, open and able to leverage improvements to their processes in order to capture new efficiencies to help their business."
"Good company, terrible compensation. By and large, the workplace environment was great under the previous management but went downhill quickly under the new management."
"TDA is a great employer. They do a lot to make sure employees have the tools to succeed both at work and away."
"Worked here for one year. It's good."
"A very nice place to work and grow."
"Very well known company in its industry, with a breadth and depth in its technology and educational platform. Focusing on client service and employee empowerment. An easy going atmosphere with plenty of great people and resources at your disposal. Would hope for a better mentoring program and management support. Overall, it has been a great learning experience for me and prepared me with the necessary skills I need for future endeavors."
"Great place to work. They really care for their employees first. The only thing is after a few years the jobs capped in movement up."
"I'd rather work somewhere else."
