What do you like about working at Technical Consumer Products?

"Most of my coworkers are bright and helpful. The product is generally good quality and the price to the distributors, etc. is fair."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Your managers may be great. But, they still have to report to those above them. If your manager reports to people who 'just don't get it', they can only be so effective..."

What don't you like about working at Technical Consumer Products?

"The company is near bankruptcy all of the time. Pay is late, or short, regularly. Any company can promise you something, but if you deliver by meeting or exceeding quota and they stiff you when it's payday--- frequently---that's just bad news."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop micro-managing your sales staff, so that they can produce even more than you expect in the way of sales, reduce your overhead, and put you in a position where you won't be constantly running in the red. You waste precious dollars when you waste employee's time. Be honest with your staff and your customers about your supply problems."
