"This job has a solid base pay. The benefits for the company are very generous. The company likes to keep you busy and can be physical but is not for the faint of heart. The company has great communication and allows you to express your opinion if something is wrong. I like the people I work with but I find I am not rewarded for putting in my own input."

"Great organization with high focus on profit enhancement and organizational growth. The company is highly dedicated to retaining and developing its workforce. The organization has largely grown through acquisition and experiences the difficulties of reorganization to capitalize on asset utilization."
