"Working for the old TTS company was sweet but when is was sold to Ingentra, the new owners and staff were clueless and my work became a hellhole"

"DON'T DO IT!"

"The new owners and staff were incompetant in dealing with a fast paced payroll company with over 1000 clients. They were very slow and had no experience in client tax problem resolutions with the IRS or state agencies."

"Go back to their old career of handling one or two major clients."

"Management should recruit more professional people in the administrative area, which would be better prepared in the English language. Would establish a better strategy in the management of sales and would bring to the company an administrative staff with levels of education more relevant to the performance of each Department."

"What I liked working at ATI was that my manager was very knowledgable in the Tax field. She was able to teach me many aspects of taxation."

"The tip that I do have is inform the managment that you are their to do your job to the best of your ability. Let them know that your priority is to learn your position and then maybe in the future there may be opportunity for advacement."

"What I didn't like about ATI was the operations team was looking to outsource the tax department."

"I suggest to the management team to continue doing what they are doing. They have so much knowledge that they have a positive impact on the P&L."
