"Tatitlek was great. Loved the company, and I loved the challenge of the projects I was assigned."

"Tatitlek is a great company to work for. The job is challenging and demanding."
What don't you like about working at Tatitlek ?
"My boss hired sub-contractors that were not competent which affected my performance. I was successful in persuading him to hire another sub, and things went very well with the new sub. Anyway, I was blamed if the sub he hired did poor work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"All is well. Irritability doesn't help. Be happy and move foward. Hire the right people."
