"If you can tolerate middle school-like drama then this is the place for you. Managers have been known to berate employees in meetings and in hallways for all to hear. If you disagree openly with a managers opinion you will get retribution later on. If you fall out of favor for whatever reason, management will come up with elaborate schemes to set you up for failure, all the while giving you the impression they are trying to help you."
