What do you like about working at SAIC?
"The people that are there are great - easy to build relationships with. This excludes upper management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a good corporation to be in to get your career started, after that move on as there is not a lot of opportunity for growth unless you are part of the in crowd."
What don't you like about working at SAIC?
"Upper management and the decisions that they make. Too many changes, that cause low morale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You preach that your people are your number one asset - show your people that, walk the walk, don't just use the words."
What do you like about working at Emergint Technologies?
"Emergint is a good steady company with an excellent client based (CDC)."

"Other candidates should make sure to apply due diligence by getting enough info about the company and the clients before interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Emergint Technologies?
"It's difficult for me to grow more in the company because of its small size. I'm looking for more challenging opportunities."

"Management should be closer to employees and make sure their needs are taken care of. Happy employees will make the difference in delivery of quality products."

"If you can bear discrimination because of your national origon and race then the dulles airport project management is ok for you."

"I have no intrest to go back to LANE, as there seems to be no one accepting responsibility as for as (construction)work in Virginia is conserned."

"Come out of your head office(Connecticut)and check your responsible supervisor(s)at Dulles Airport project in Virginia."
