Tarkett Employee

"I've been at this company for ten years. The management lie on a daily basis. They do not take care of the employees other than paying them, and micro management has taken its toll on the morale of most of the employees that are not salary. Between lack of work days in the winter time when the workers need the money the most, and the "forced" overtime in the summer, this job can really be stressful and is not family oriented. Not a good place to work and expect to get treated EQUALLY AND FAIRLY. It is also noted that management takes advantage of temporary positioned workers."
