"There are too many politics you have to follow in order to make sure you have the most pleasant day at work. Communication is horrible and upper management is not really hands on. Team Leads need more training as to how to be a lead."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay employees more, hire less and give the ones that already work there more hours. I would have more recognition of hard working employees."

"Your level one team members need more consideration beyond just when they are at work, but also whether they think they should return. A lot of my co-workers need second jobs to survive, and those that are in school tend not to be able to manage all 3 very well."
