"I don't really have anything bad to say about Target, maybe the current hiring of managers. I think a college education is great but work experience is always a key factor."

"Suggestions would be to clearly understand the work surroundings of your team for better benefit and clearer understanding of the job, not just core roles."

"Not much to show for all the hard work that went into conquering the weekly challenges, monetary or otherwise."

"If managerial training was more of a focus than the store or environment would have no choice but to excel (knowledgeable workers make for a safe and productive environment)."
