What don't you like about working at Tara Treatment Center?
"It was owned and operated by a very compassionate woman named Ann Daughtery James. She was the foundation of the vision that was established in the organizations grass roots begining. In 2003 she was diagnosed with inoperable colon cancer. Upon that diagnosis the operations was turned over to her oldest daughter. This was constituted with her inexperience and lack of compassion and empathy of her clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Leave it to somebody that has the empathy and compassion to do the job as it was meant to be."
