"I have worked at Talco Construction since September 2018. I have won about $13 million in projects since then. It is a family owned company and for the most part, a pretty nice place to work. The people here are great people. They are having a little trouble with Cash flow at the present time and at times it is difficult to find subs knowing that they owe some of the current subs a good chunk of money. I don't feel good about a company that doesn't have a reserve for times like these. Word gets around in this industry and it could hurt them immensely. Not that I want to leave, but if the right situation came my way, I would consider it."
