"This company is a good place to get started in the automotive industry since it is also trying to get more into the electronic aspect of the automotive industry. Their lead products such as steering wheels, airbags, and seat belts give it a steady supply of income. The training for my job was excellent, I had 3 levels of Labview training, and was able to attend the SAE conference. Some of the department managers were a little rough on employees in asking them to work many hours overtime and weekends, but my managers were not that way."

"I’ve worked at Takata for ~ 17 years & have enjoyed the positions held. As a Global Program Manager my skills in communications has broadened. During my time at Takata I’ve found it to be a very dynamic company with a common goal to develop the best safety restraint system in the world. I especially believe in the mission statement of one day to live in a world of zero fatalities due to Automobile accidents."
