"The Networking and Cybersecurity instructors are adequate, but if you want to teach anything other than networking at a 2-year college level look elsewhere. The TCC management has no clue about technology and is stuck in the 1960s as far as progressive educational thought. Before you take a job in technology at TCC ask about the technology budget and you will find out that Liberal Arts, transgender studies get most of the funds. Also note that the management pf the school is so inept that they lost their academic certification in 2018 and they did not pay the power bill in 2020 and had to close for a week before they could get the lights turned back on. You want to teach at a school like this? Good luck and welcome to a dead-end "technical" position."

"TCC is a small, yet growing IT contractor specializing in state contract work. They are transitioning from a cowboy-coding environment to a more structured approach. The type of development work they perform is strictly procedural with an 'if it works' philosophy."

"Upper management is completely dysfunctional and unprepared to lead the company. They hire cheap resources and work them until they quit. They are more interested in writing code than creating a good company to work for."
