"I love the great interaction I have with all of the business partners. In my role, I get to work closely with people in every function, from marketing, to finance, to operations. I also really love the Taco Bell brand. It has a great following and Yum! Brands is a terrific company to work for. I also really enjoy the recognition culture. We are very good about recognizing team members for their hard work and I think that is important."
