"I have always loved what I do for a living. I have excellent guest service skills. I have the mechanics of a skilled, professional blackjack dealer, including roulette and all carnival games. With that knowledge and experience I have been promoted to pit supervisor where I have over 10 years experience. Responsible for doing schedules, teaching during our open blackjack classes, coaching and counseling dealers, and overseeing all player tracking as well as responding to any player problems."
