"There's been so many changes and turnover, I wouldn't know what to advise. 90% of the product is paper and shelving. You might consider a more progressive company."

What don't you like about working at T.A.B. Co.?

"being overly and unnecessarily micromanaged to the point of having to raise your hand to go to the restroom."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value the people with the most skills and abilities, not the ones that just sit and nod their heads yea."

"I enjoyed my time with Tab Products, and the people I worked with on a daily basis were professional and by the book. The main reason I had issues with the company was that the data storage products they marketed were outdated and very much behind the times. Most data storage companies had moved to storage software, and Tab was late to the game, thus lost a large portion of market share."

What do you like about working at T.A.B. Co.?

"I enjoyed my co-workers very much, and the market around the Boston area was full of oppotunities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would tell anyone interested in Tab to be aware of the fact they are behind the curve as far as technology and product offerings is concerned. Tab has a close-knit family atmosphere, which is great, but felt out of the game very often when it came to our competitors and the products they were marketing."

What don't you like about working at T.A.B. Co.?

"As stated above, the product line was outdated, and Tab was late to the game in developing their own methodologies around software data storage, and moving away from the hard copy paper method they have used since the companies inception."
