"Review for the US office in The Woodlands: The company has had considerable turnover and confusion amongst management and does not display a strong direction for future growth in this market. Engagement sales come from hope home office in Germany, and business development efforts have been thus far lacking. Adding to that fact are clients disgruntled with the offering and management is more interested in selling additional work and solutions rather than tailor a solution to the client's needs. Additionally, with 250 staff and revenues only around 35 million annually, the current firm structure and insistence on employee retention is laudable from a human standpoint, but unsustainable from a business perspective."
